Srđan Golubović

Srđan Golubovic(born 1972, Belgrade, Serbia)

Golubovic studied Film Directing in the Faculty of Dramatic Arts at the University of Arts, Belgrade. His first feature film, Absolute Hundred, participated in the main sections of over 30 international film festivals (San Sebastian, Toronto, Thessaloniki, Cottbus, Rotterdam, Pusan, etc) and won 10 international and 19 local awards. His second feature film, The Trap, had its world premiere in 2007 in Berlin (Forum) and has won over 20 international awards. It was shortlisted for The Oscar for the Best Foreign Film.  Circles participated at L’Atelier for the 2011 Cannes IFF and won the International Relations Arte Prize.  He currently teaches Film Directing at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts at the University of Arts, Belgrade.
