Jack Cahill
In 1992 he left Ringling Bros. and Barnum and Bailey Circus to embark on a decade-long train odyssey that would span over 80,000 miles. Long Gone is his first feature length film. He currently spends his time in New York City and Los Angeles, where he works as a freelance director/cinematographer.

David Eberhardt
A photographer and filmmaker, he graduated from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design. He began riding freight trains in 1990. During the following years, he earned the trust and respect of the hobos. That trust and respect became the foundation for his first, feature, full length documentary film, Long Gone.
