Magnus Jordheim
Born and raised in Oslo, Norway, Jordheim took up film as a serious activity at the age of 16. he graduated from the FAMU (Czechoslovakian State Film School) 1998 and the Program Production for Television and Video, Norway in 2001. Since graduating as a director, he has worked as a freelancer, involved in numerous projects spanning from commercials and shorts to documentaries. Lately he has been co-directing a documentary for the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation (NRK), focusing on the Norwegian forces in Afghanistan. The making of “They call me mother” has taken 3 years.
