GOLDEN APRICOT Yerevan 9th International Film Festival is honoured to host renowned Georgian director- Mr. Eldar Shengelaya and present best of his films in the frames of “Retrospective” program. In particular, “Extraordinary Exhibition” (1968), “Screwballs” (1973), “Blue Mountains” (1983), “The Stepmother of Samanishvili” (1977) are to be screened.

This time documentaries “Armenian Rhapsody” by Cesar Gananian, Cassiana Der-Haroutiounyan, Gary Gananian, “Sare-Voyage” by Anna Terean, “Arno” by Eduard Hambardzoumyan and shorts- “Bolis” by Eric Nazarian, “The Seventh” by Luska Khalapyan, “Me Too” by Lilit Movsisyna, “Bad Father” by Tigran Avetikyan were presented to the journalists.

CINEMA JOURNALISM ACROSS BORDERS TRAINING, 5-8 JULY, 2012, YEREVAN

Directors Across Borders (DAB) Eastern Partnership Project in the frames of GOLDEN APRICOT International Film Festival organizes a Cinema Journalism Across Borders (CJAB) training programme for cinema journalists, film critics and students from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine. The training is done with financial support of the European Union Eastern Partnership Culture Programme.
