Léo Médard (born 1985, St-Etienne, France)
After taking a scientific baccalaureate, he started studying multimedia as he hoped to eventually work as a game designer in the field of video games. Then, he took film studies at the Lyon II University from which he graduated before succeeding the entrance exam to the INSAS (Brussels), which he graduated in 2011 from the film-direction department. During the last five years he wrote and directed several shorts. He has also held different positions on a film set and won several short film script contests at national and European level. He is currently preparing the shooting of a documentary in Germany, where he obtained a grant in the Kassel Dokfest filmfestival.
