"Golden Apricot on the Wheels" in Javakhq

This is the second year Golden Apricot Yerevan IFF presents selection of prize winner films from its recent edition in Akhalkalaki. This year the program consists of three feature films, including the Main Prize Winner of the 6th GAIFF – George Ovashvili's “The Other Bank” as well as Harutyun Khachatryan’s “Border”.

“Golden Apricot on the Wheels” will open with a special screening dedicated to the 40th anniversary of Sergey Parajanov's masterpiece “The Color of Pomegranate” on August 13. Along with features, Armenian and Georgian documentaries will be presented as well. All the films were shown in the Cultural Center of the city of Akhalkalaki.

The program is realized in collaboration with Tbilisi International Film Festival – official partner of Golden Apricot IFF and Georgian National Film Center.

Partners of the Golden Apricot on wheels in Javakhq program are: “Artsakh Alco” company, director Georgi Ohanyan, Sovrano company, founder Sos Sahakyan and NAS Instutute of History, director Ashot Melkonyan.
